About The Bright Paper

The Bright Paper is a daily briefing of good news. No politics. No outrage. No doomscrolling.

I'm the editor, and I write it from Austin, Texas.

Every morning I pick the stories worth your five minutes. Some come from Austin. Some come from India, where good news gets buried under bad. Some come from the business world, where small companies do quiet, useful things. For each story I write what happened and why it matters, then send you to the original publisher to read the full piece.
